Why should you know your business numbers

Business numbers you need to know

It’s 100% undeniable.
When you don’t know your numbers,

Or worse –
When you avoid your numbers! –

You will never grow smoothly or steadily.

You certainly cannot grow exponentially.
And to keep with the lingo,
You sure as wonder can’t “scale“!

You need to know your numbers.

Take my partner Travis for example:
He’s a superlative real estate broker in California.
He happens by design to work for Keller Williams,
Which is one of the largest and most dynamic agencies..

In the world!

By design….
They have one primary principle:
You must at all times……..
Know your numbers.

Why?

Kind of like I mentioned back during Valentine’s Day:
If you can’t love yourself, how are you going to love anyone else?
Well, if you don’t know your numbers:

How are you going to know what you have?
How are you going to know the basic facts of reality and truth?

(Remember Byron Katie?!)

How are you going to know what to build on
How are you going to know what actually delivers?

How are you going to plan?
How are you going to have confidence or clarity?

So let’s talk about the most basic numbers you absolutely need:

1 What is your average Customer Lifetime Value?
(Mine used to be $7,000)
2 What is your Cost Per Acquisition of a customer?
(Mine used to be $700)
3 How long does it take for someone to convert from Lead to Customer?
(Mine used to be 75 days)
4 What are your basic percentages when launching or in evergreen?
5 How have you beaten those in the past? How specifically have you grown?
6 How can you do it bigger? And again?

And again. And again. And again…

If you don’t know –
Again, please don’t get me started! –
If you want something scalable,

That you can grow to your wishes and intent,
That you can rely upon not just for subsistence,
But to thrive, save, and completely retire on,

Then figure out these basic numbers.

My brand new program dives directly into all of this.
I realized that when people want advertising..
They don’t really.

They want growth, understanding, and better systems.

Those are what give the results, and
The advertising is just the tool for something very finite.

50 Weeks Of Giving!

This week includes National Pet Day, so a perfect time to introduce:

Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind

Their training and matching program is not only for the blind,
But also those with low vision, and special needs.

And consider this:
You can only teach an animal to achieve something,
When you know what will work and is repeatable…

Support these wondrous animals and those they help here.
